Group Yoga Sessions
Amanda designs group classes open to all levels. Class focus can range from somatic, hatha, vinyassa or chair yoga, to mindfulness or breathwrok, to special occasions like birthdays or bachelorette parties. Each custom session blends yoga and practical theory to support connection: to yourself, to each other, and to the world around you. Sessions are fully adaptable to the needs of the group, creating a safe, welcoming space for exploration, growth, and self-awareness.
