Our ongoing support groups are for individuals looking to deepen their relationship to themselves and to others. In each session, you’ll have a consistent space to share what’s truly happening in your life, express yourself, and process your emotions.

No. While the group is led by a licensed therapist, group is run in a coaching format and does not constitute as therapy. Groups are guided in a mindfulness based format. This also allows for participants to join from across the country.

Groups are open to adults who are interested in self-development and self-care. Participants might be looking for community or a space to show up authentically.

Amanda Sacks, LCSW E-RYT 5OO completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work at New York University and Master’s in Social Work at the University of Southern California. She values the power of community and brings empathy and encouragement to each group.
