Everyone has something going on — relationship challenges, overwhelm, uncertainty, loneliness, work related stressors… This is a guided workshop that includes writing, gentle movement, breathwork, a space to listen, a space to share & a space to feel. This is a welcoming space to connect on a deeper level & move through life's waves with community.

Yoga+Connection
Community focused yoga class & mingling. Class includes a gentle & purposeful flow, breathwork & practical theory to support connection to self, to each other & our world.
Come on your own, leave with a friend. Event is open to all levels of experience.

Midday Mindfulness
Join virtually from your office or anywhere. Fifteen minutes to get out of your head and into your body. Amanda guides breathwork practices and/or gentle seated movement.
No meditation or yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
$11 (no one turned away for cost)
All events are led by therapist & somatic yoga teacher Amanda Sacks, LCSW, E-RYT 500, Katonah Yoga® Teacher.
