What to expect:
Guided, seated gentle movement, meditation and mindfulness practice
Time to connect with neighbors and community
Bring a blanket or a towel to sit on. Folding chairs are accessible if more supportive.
Please dress for the weather — we will be outside
Practice rain or shine — if inclement weather we meet in the canopy!
