A live, experiential “drop in” workshop exploring body-based tools for stability, resilience, and ease.

🌿 What to Expect:

  • 6:45pm Arrive & settle into the welcoming space and meet Laura, the co-founder of btr. Mental Health & Wellness

  • 7:10pm-8:30pm guided workshop with Amanda:

    • Somatic techniques to help you feel more grounded, present, and resourced

    • Body-based tools to regulate your nervous system and cultivate inner support

    • Experiential learning in a supportive, interactive space




  • This Event is Open to all adults – including therapists, yoga teachers, and anyone curious about somatic practices

  • Bring: Yourself! Wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in.

Amanda Sacks (LCSW, E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a licensed therapist and somatic-informed practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and groups cultivate deeper body awareness, healing, and connection. As the founder of We All Feel, LLC, Amanda creates mindfulness-based programs that enhance emotional well-being by deepening the mind-body connection and fostering community. Her work supports people in developing emotional regulation, grounding, and embodied awareness.
