Integrating Somatic Practices: In-Person Group for Nervous System Regulation

WHEN: Monday or Wednesday evenings

WHERE: IN-PERSON in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

TIME: 6:00pm-7:15pm

LENGTH: 12 sessions

COST: $100 per session, billed monthly. Or one time payment of $1100 for 12 sessions.


Do you often feel disconnected from your body, experience tension or overwhelm, or struggle to regulate your emotions in daily life? Do you wish you had practical tools to navigate stress, cultivate calm, and feel more present in your own body?

This supportive group is for adults who:

  • Want to reconnect with their bodies and build somatic awareness

  • Experience stress, overwhelm, burnout, or emotional dysregulation and want practical tools to self-soothe

  • Are navigating life transitions, relationships, or internal pressures and want support integrating these experiences

  • Want to cultivate self-kindness, groundedness, and resilience in daily life

  • Are seeking kindhearted community

In this group, you’ll:

  • Learn somatic practices to regulate your nervous system and release tension

  • Build awareness of how your body stores stress and emotion

  • Integrate mindfulness and movement-based tools into daily life

  • Explore supportive discussion and reflection in a welcoming group setting

  • Develop self-compassion, presence, and a stronger connection to your body

Each session will include guided somatic exercises, reflective practices, and group discussion to help you integrate these shifts into your everyday life. This is an in-person group for adults of all experience levels — a space for curiosity, growth, and connection.
