Burnout Workshop: Nervous System Reset

A workshop for men and women (all adults) who are dealing with burnout symptoms from overwork, recent lay off, who are in between jobs, or looking to realign. Connect with adults who get what you’re going through; which can be deeply regulating.
This workshop is co-led by Amanda Sacks & Avital Kranz. This is a one-time workshop that meets virtually. If interested, you are invited to join the ongoing Burnout Cohort, more info here.
🌿 What to Expect:
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle into your space
Workshop for Men & Women who are experiencing the physical and emotional effects of burnout or stress from work
If you notice burnout symptoms showing up in your daily life: impacting sleep, increasing stress or irritability levels, affecting focus and energy, physical symptoms, and creating strain in relationships outside of work
Feel disconnected from your values, passions, and sense of purpose
Are navigating a career transition or job loss and need support in finding direction again
Want to reconnect to yourself, prioritize self-care, and build a sustainable life outside of your work identity
Guided somatic practices to support feeling more grounded, present, and connected to your body
Opportunities to move, rest, and check in with yourself at your own pace
Body-based tools to support your nervous system and cultivate an inner support
Experiential learning in a warm, interactive, and supportive space

Amanda Sacks (LCSW, E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a licensed therapist and somatic-informed practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and groups cultivate deeper body awareness, healing, and connection. As the founder of We All Feel, LLC, Amanda creates mindfulness-based programs that enhance emotional well-being by deepening the mind-body connection and fostering kindhearted community. Her work supports people in developing emotional regulation, grounding, and embodied awareness.
About Avital
Avital Kranz is a Dance / Movement Therapist and educator specializing in body-based modalities and movement-based healing. She supports individuals and groups through somatic, expressive, and relational approaches to movement and mindfulness. Avital lives between Florida, New York, and Israel and brings her experience in therapeutic movement, embodied awareness, and creative facilitation to offerings to the We All Feel community.
