Burnout Cohort: Nervous System Reset

A group for men and women (all adults) who are dealing with burnout symptoms from overwork, recent lay off, who are in between jobs, or looking to realign. This is a space to reconnect to yourself and your values — to find your fullest meaning in life. Connect with group members who get what you’re going through; which can be deeply regulating.

Are you an adult feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, worried about changes, or stuck in burnout? Have you recently been laid off or are in between jobs, or experiencing life transitions, and are struggling to find balance in your life?

This small, supportive group is for adults who:

  • Are experiencing the physical and emotional effects of burnout or stress from work

  • Notice burnout symptoms showing up in their daily lives: impacting sleep, increasing stress or irritability levels, affecting focus and energy, physical symptoms, and creating strain in relationships outside of work

  • Feel disconnected from their values, passions, and sense of purpose

  • Are navigating a career transition or job loss and need support in finding direction again

  • Want to reconnect to themselves, prioritize self-care, and build a sustainable life outside of their work identity

In this group, you’ll:

  • Participants will understand how symptoms show up in the body and develop somatic tools to reduce stress and regulate the nervous system

  • Support your nervous system regulation through somatic practices, helping participants move out of chronic stress states

  • Navigate the grief, worry, and uncertainty that come with job loss, career shifts, or burnout while rediscovering meaning and purpose

  • Connect with a supportive community of people who truly understand the challenges you're facing; this connection can also be deeply regulating

  • Practice mindfulness-based tools to help you manage stress, create boundaries, and regain balance in your life

  • Cultivate self-compassion, rebuild confidence, and find clarity around what you truly want moving forward

Our time together will include guided discussions, experiential exercises, and reflective practices to help you integrate these shifts into your daily life. The first session meets in-person and the remainder six sessions meet virtually for men and women who are ready to heal from burnout, reconnect with their values, and find balance in their lives. It’s a space to feel supported, heard, and seen while you take steps toward reclaiming your well-being.

Each session will include guided somatic exercises, reflective practices, and group discussion to help you integrate these shifts into your everyday life. This is an in-person group for men and women of all experience levels — a space for curiosity, growth, and connection.

To keep the experience consistent for everyone, registration commitment is for the entire 3-month cohort. If you decide to join us, a $125 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot in the group.

Avital Kranz is a Dance/Movement Therapist and educator specializing in body-based modalities and movement-based healing. She supports individuals and groups through somatic, expressive, and relational approaches to movement and mindfulness. Avital lives between Florida, New York, and Israel and brings her experience in therapeutic movement, embodied awareness, and creative facilitation to offerings to the We All Feel community.

Amanda Sacks has always felt drawn to understanding people’s inner worlds and creating spaces where others can feel seen, supported, and less alone. Her approach to groups is shaped by years of study in Eastern practices like yoga and mindfulness, alongside Western frameworks through her work as a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW).

We All Feel is a guided group (a circle) that includes writing, gentle movement, breathwork, creative & somatic practices, a space to listen, a space to share, and a space to feel.
