Each session offers a unique experience, with new techniques, and new participants to deepen your self-awareness and inner connection — come to one or return regularly to continue growing and integrating the somatic practices.

As the founder of We All Feel, LLC, Amanda creates mindfulness-based programs that enhance emotional well-being by deepening the mind-body connection and fostering community. Her work supports people in developing emotional regulation, grounding, and embodied awareness.
