Join us in person for an experiential workshop exploring body-based tools for stability, resilience, and ease. Come as you are and connect with kind-hearted community.

Each “Integrating Somatic Practices” workshop offers a unique experience, with new techniques, to deepen your self-awareness and inner connection. Come to one or return regularly to continue growing and integrating the practices.

Amanda Sacks (LCSW, E-RYT 500, YACEP) is a licensed therapist and somatic-informed practitioner with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and groups cultivate deeper body awareness, healing, and connection. As the founder of We All Feel, LLC, Amanda creates mindfulness-based programs that enhance emotional well-being by deepening the mind-body connection and fostering community. Her work supports people in developing emotional regulation, grounding, and embodied awareness.
