VIRTUAL Ongoing 8-week Group:
Monday’s from 12:00pm-1:15pm EDT (9:00am-10:15am PDT) online
This group meets regularly, with an 8 week commitment, and is open enrollment for new members to join
$100 per session. (One time payment of $770 for all 8 sessions or two payments of $400)

IN-PERSON 7-Week Group, JUNE + JULY 2026:
Monday’s from 5:30pm-6:45pm EST in Greenpoint, Brooklyn
June 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, July 6th, 13th & 20th
$100 per session, billed weekly or $670 for all 7 sessions

Do you tend to hold a lot — emotionally, relationally, or professionally — and find yourself feeling overwhelmed or disconnected from your body? This in-person somatic group for women is a kindhearted space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel supported in community.
Join us and step into a space where you can be seen, held, and supported.
To keep the experience consistent for everyone, registration commitment is for the entire series.
Do you often feel disconnected from your body, experience tension or overwhelm, or struggle to regulate your emotions in daily life? Do you wish you had practical tools to navigate stress, cultivate calm, and feel more present in your own body?
This supportive group is for women who are:
Noticing repeating stressful relationship patterns or emotional overextension (with friends, family, or dating)
Experiencing career challenges, including burnout, or big life transitions
Struggling with body image, chronic health conditions, or connection to one's body
Finding it hard to stay grounded and easily feel overwhelmed in day-to-day interactions
Wanting reconnect with their bodies and build somatic awareness & release
Participants will gain:
A consistent, supportive community of kind-hearted women
Build a deeper awareness of how your body stores stress and emotion
Practical somatic and mindfulness tools to support nervous system regulation in everyday life
Cultivate self-kindness, presence, and resilience in daily life
Each session will include guided somatic exercises, reflective practices, and group discussion to help you integrate these shifts into your everyday life. This is an in-person group for adults of all experience levels — a space for curiosity, growth, and connection.
